Alert House ApS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or costs resulting from the malfunction or failure of TrapSensor hardware or software. This includes, but is not limited to, costs related to unexpected SIM card usage, missed alerts, or server downtime.
If you add other users to receive alerts via SMS or email, you are responsible for ensuring they are informed about and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All users added to a recipient list are considered to have accepted these terms by receiving notifications.
Alert House ApS is committed to correcting server-side software bugs or errors within a reasonable time after receiving written notification. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services but will work to resolve issues promptly.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the TrapSensor system, including graphical design, backend code, and any proprietary software components, remain the property of Alert House ApS. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the system’s design or code without prior written permission.
Users may upload images related to their trap setups and trapped animals. By uploading images, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the images or have permission to upload them,
- The images do not contain illegal, inappropriate, or harmful content, including but not limited to: violence, abuse, harassment, nudity, or copyrighted material without authorization,
- You understand that Alert House ApS has the right (but not the obligation) to review, moderate, or remove any uploaded images that violate these terms or applicable laws,
- Reported images may be reviewed by moderators and, if necessary, referred to the appropriate authorities.
You retain ownership of your uploaded images. However, by uploading them to the TrapSensor system, you grant Alert House ApS a limited right to store, display (within the user-sharing settings), and review the images solely for the purposes of providing the service and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
Alert House ApS will not publish, sell, or externally distribute your images without your explicit consent.
